While Blizzard is still doing good and has plenty to work on in future, including some new IPs as well as possible sequels to existing franchises, a recent tease about possible Warcraft 4 and Starcraft 3, are certainly the biggest tease ever.

In an interview with Gamespot, Starcraft II lead developer Tim Morten noted that the company is currently focused on content they have previously announced but that the future depends on the feedback from gamers. Morton noted that the company love RTS as a genre and that the Starcraft universe is fantastic and Warcraft universe clearly has more stories that can be told.

Morton also added that there are new Blizzard IPs with potential to make completely new stories altogether and that it all depends on gamers. Currently the team is busy finishing Legacy of the Void and still did not make any decisions regarding the future.

Hopefully, we will hear more about Starcraft and Warcraft in the future but until then we have the new Warcraft movie to look forward to.
