The Overclocking Knights, with a help from TaPaKaH as well as MSI and its hardware, earlier managed to break two new overclocking records, including the PiFast world record as well as Cinebench R15 4xCPU Global First Place, but Splave, who held the records earlier has managed to take them back.
Both records from The Overclocking Knights and TaPaKaH were broken on MSI's Z170A Gaming M7 motherboard running Intel's Core i7 6700K CPU. The PiFast was done at 9.39sec when the Core i7 6700K was overclocked to 6744MHz and memory tuned to work at DDR4-3624 CL 11-18-18. In Cinebench R15 4xCPU, The Overclocking Knights managed to get 1431 CB when the CPU was clocked at 6.4GHz
While both these records were quite impressive, it appears that Splave managed to find some good Intel Core i7 6700K CPUs, which allowed him to break those records once again.
Currently,
the PiFast world record is held by Splave.ROM at 9.36sec, while
Cinebench R15 4xCPU record is also held by Splave with score of 1437CB.
Splave is running on ASRock's Z170 OC Formula motherboard with Core i7 6700K CPU and Kingston HyperX DDR4 memory.
