Intel 14nm Broadwell CPUs coming in early June

The Core i7-5775C and the Core i5-5575C incoming

While we already had a chance to see some benchmarks of Intel's upcoming 14nm Broadwell LGA1150 desktop CPUs, it appears that the two most interesting ones, the Core i7-5775C and the Core i5-5675C will be launched and available during first week of June, or in line with Computex 2015 show.

As detailed earlier, the Core i7-5775C and the Core i5-5675C will be the only Broadwell desktop parts for LGA1150 motherboards, while Intel will also launch three new parts for BGA1364 socket.

As noted, both parts will be quad-core parts with Iris Pro 6200 graphics, support for DDR3 1600 memory, unlocked multiplier and same 65W TDP. the Core i7-5775C and the Core i5-5675C will have a few differences, as the Core i7-5775C will pack 6MB of cache, have Hyper-Threading support and work at 3.3GHz base an 3.7GHz clocks. The Core i5-5675C on the other hand, will works at 3.1GHz base and 3.6GHz Turbo clocks, lack Hyper-Threading support and pack only 4MB of cache.
