It appears that some OEMs are already replacing the stock GTX Titan X cooler with their own solutions as one Japanese OEM has decided to equip the GTX Titan X with a rather interesting all-in-one (AIO) liquid hybrid cooler.
According to a picture
spotted at Hermitage Akihabara, the AIO cooler on that GTX Titan X appears to be coming from Asetek and includes a round pump-block paired up with a 120mm radiator, which takes care of the GPU cooler, while standard blower stock cooler keeps the VRM and memory cooler.
The solution is more of a hybrid cooler, similar to what we have seen on the R9 295X2 graphics card and it appears that it is a mix between standard stock cooler and Asetek GPU cooling block.
EVGA will soon start selling its GTX Titan X Hydro Copper version while EK Water Blocks already has a full lineup of water blocks ready for Titan X, which means that users already have a choice, although it probably voids the warranty.
