AMD releases Catalyst 15.3 Beta driver

Brings FreeSync single-GPU support

AMD has released its newest Catalyst 15.3 Beta driver bringing support for AMD FreeSync monitors as well as adding new Crossfire profiles.

The new AMD Catalyst 15.3 Beta driver is available for Windows 7 and Windows 8 OS in both 32-bit and 64-bit flavors and brings support for AMD FreeSync monitors which recently started to appear on retail/e-tail shelves.

Unfortunately, the AMD FreeSync support with Catalyst 15.3 Beta driver is currently limited to single-GPU configurations while those running on multi-GPU configurations, including the Radeon R9 295X2, will have to wait for April and the next driver release.

In addition to the support for AMD FreeSync, the new AMD Catalyst 15.3 Beta driver also brings new Crossfire profiles for games like Battlefield Hardline, Evolve, Far Cry 4, Lords of the Fallen, Project Cars and Total War: Attila and updated Crossfire profiles for Alien Isolation, Assassin's Creed Unity, Civilization: Beyond Earth, FIFA 2015, GRID Autosport, Ryse: Son of Rome, The Talos Principle and The Crew games.

As always, you can find the new AMD Catalyst 15.3 Beta driver over at AMD's support page via link below.
