Following most Nvidia AIB partners, Gigabyte has now launched two new Geforce GTX 960 graphics cards with 4GB of memory, the WindForce 2X N960WF2OC-4GD version and the G1.Gaming series N960G1 GAMING-4GD version.
Both new Gigabyte GTX 960 graphics cards will be identical to their 2GB versions just with double the amount of memory. As the name suggest, the Windforce 2X N960WF2OC-4GD version will feature a shorter Windforce 2X cooler with two fans as well as factory-overclock set at 1241MHz base GPU and 1304MHz GPU Boost clocks.
The G1.Gaming series N960G1 GAMING-4GD version on the other hand uses Gigabyte's well known triple-fan Windforce 3X cooler and works at 1266MHz for the GPU base and 1304MHz for the GPU Boost clocks.
In case you missed it earlier, the Geforce GTX 960 graphics card is based on Nvidia's GM206 Maxwell GPU with 1024 CUDA cores and packs a 128-bit memory interface paired up with either 2GB or 4GB of memory.
