Although Activision's Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare has already launched to those that have pre-ordered it and it should hit retail/e-tail shelves as of today, we now have a video that shows first 20 minutes of the campaign. Since the game is already launched we are also looking at first reviews as well as some more details regarding the actual game.
In case you missed it earlier, the new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare will bring some novelties to the franchise, as well as push the game even more into the future. There are a lot of new details regarding the new Call of Duty game now that it is launched, including details regarding the single-player campaign as well as some details regarding multi-player and resolution on consoles.
The new Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is developed by Sledgehammer Games, the same guys that have been a part of the Modern Warfare 3. The single-player campaign is focused on Troy Baker, aka Mitchell, an ex-US Marine now working for Atlas, a private military corporation. The multi-player part of the game is also focused on Exo Suit, which will be a big part of the single-player campaign and one of the biggest novelties in the game. There are also some rumors regarding the Zombie Multi-player mode.
According to
Sledgehammer Games co-founder Michael Condrey, the game runs on 1360×1080 on the Xbox One and scales up to Full HD resolution, while Playstation 4 runs the game on 1920x1080 resolution. Both consoles are running the game at 60fps.
The reviews from various important sites are already in and the game has got some pretty impressive scores, mostly close to the highest score.
