Zotac have definitely become a rather important company when it comes to the mini-PC market and as of today, it will ship some of its Zbox Plus models with Microsoft's Windows 8.1 Bing OS.


Zotac usually offers its Zbox mini-PCs in two versions, as a barebone or as a Plus version which comes with HDD/SSD and memory. As of today, some of the ZBox Plus models will also come with pre-installed Windows 8.1 Bing Edition OS, which is essentially Microsoft's low-cost OS which comes with Bing as default search engine.

According to Zotac, ZBox Plus models that will include Windows 8.1 Bing OS include the ZBOX CA320 Nano, ZBOX CI320 Nano, ZBOX CI320 and the ZBOX ID18. All of these systems also include 2GB of memory and 64GB SSD.

Unfortunately, it is still unclear if this will have any effect on the price.
