Nvidia rolls out Geforce 340.52 WHQL driver

For Metro: Redux, Final Fantasy XIV and Shield tablet

Nvidia has released its newest WHQL-certified Geforce driver, the Geforce 340.52, which is the Game Ready driver for Metro: Redux and Final Fantasy XIV (China) games but also brings several new SLI and 3D Vision profiles and support for Nvidia GameStream technology for the Shield tablet and the Shield portable.


As noted, the new Geforce 340.52 WHQL-certified driver will bring best gaming experience to Metro: Redux and Final Fantasy XIV (China) games and adds new SLI and 3D Vision profiles for a couple games. It also supports Geforce ShadowPlay and Geforce ShadowPlay Twitch Streaming technologies as well as brings support for the Nvidia GameStream technology on the recently released Shield tablet and the earlier released Shield portable gaming console.

As it was the case with recently released Geforce WHQL-certified drivers, the new Geforce 340.52 also supports the GeForce 8, 9, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 series graphics cards as well as the ION and ION LE GPUs and will be available for Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 and the Windows 8.1 operating systems in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
