Sony has announced that its Playstation 4 will be getting the new 1.75 software update next week which will bring the 3D Blu-ray support.

While we still do not know the rest of the updates that will come with the 1.75 software update version for the Playstation 4 since the news about it came as a simple tweet from Playstation Twitter account, it is good to know that Sony will be adding 3D Blu-ray support to Playstation 4.




According to the same tweet, the update will be released sometime next week and is definitely a step in the right direction since you will no longer have to use a separate Blu-ray player in order to enjoy 3D movies.

We are quite sure that we will hear more about the new PS4 1.75 software update and hopefully 3D Blu-ray support is not the only thing it brings.
