Palmer Luckey is the father of Rift and Oculus, which was recently bought by Facebook. This project has everything it needs to complitely change the videogames market, but to do that it needs the best materials available.
During an interview between Palmer Luckey and LinusTechTips team, the Oculus founder noted that 30FPS are not enough to play. He wasn't only talking about virtual reality, he was talking about standard gaming on a monitor too. For Palmer, there's nothing below 60FPS.
The 30FPS vs 60FPS debate, as far as PC market is concerned, is coming to an end because users realized that more FPS are always better. A few of them are trying to get above 100FPS, but if you want to play with that kind of refresh rate you must be ready to empty your pockets for a serious high-end machine.
Virtual reality helmets are going to be great, and we can't wait to test them. While we wait, we can at least watch the entire interview which is posted below.
