Be quiet! preparing three new products

Shows some details

Be quiet! has unveiled its plans to bring three new products during Computex 2014 which should be available soon, including a new PC case, Straight Power 10 PSU series as well as an entry-level Pure Rock CPU cooler.

Although it still did not shed any specific details regarding these products, be quiet! did outline some of the details. With more than 18 months invested in the development, first details regarding be quiet!'s new PC case certainly sound impressive. The case will feature a clean and authentic design with specially shaped vents, padded panels, silicon runners on HDD cages as well as neat cable management system and a couple of color choices.

The new be quiet! PC case is expected to be available as of October 2014 in all black, black/orange and black/silver color options as well as a €119.90 price tag.

The next in line is the Straight Power 10 PSU series which will provide premium quality with even lower noise levels compared to the previously available Straight Power PSU series. Thanks to 135mm Silent Wings 3 fans, new tunnel design and bunch of other features, the Straight Power 10 will be better, quieter and everything you would expect from a premium PSU series.

It will be available in 500, 600, 700 and 800W with cable-management as well as 400, 500, 600 and 700W without it. The new Straight Power 10 PSU series is planned to be available in September while the price will be identical to previous Straight Power 10 lineup.

The last but not the least is be quiet!'s new entry-level Pure Rock CPU cooler. With €30 price tag, the Pure Rock will be based on a tower design, weigh 660 grams and feature a 120mm Pure Wings 2 fan which should, combined with special heatsink and 6mm heatpipes provide enough airflow to keep most Intel and AMD CPUs well cooled without breaking the budget. The Pure Rock CPU cooler is expected on retail shelves in Q4 2014.
