We want to run a challenge everyone can participate in.
The winning benchmark will have it's restrictions discussed and defined before the challenge starts.
Restrictions could vary from frequency restrictions, defined number of CPU cores, cooling restrictions, HDD restrictions etc.

Please use this thread to put forth your ideas and suggestions.
This is also the thread for people who voted 'other' in the poll to put their suggestion for a benchmark.

Keep in mind Guys and Gals, that we want to make this as even as possible for as many people as possible.
The restrictions will be there to even the playing field for all involved.
