AMD has announced that its Ryzen Mobile processors (Raven Ridge) will be available in laptops for the holiday season. The processors feature Zen compute cores paired with Radeon "Vega" graphics cores in an SoC design. According to AMD, the upcoming Raven Ridge should be up to 44% faster in multi-threaded CPU performance and 161% more graphics performance than Intel's new Kaby Lake Refresh mobile processors.

NVIDIA has finally added the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti to its GTX 10 series of gaming GPUs. You can pre-order the Founder’s Edition GeForce GTX 1070 Ti directly from NVIDIA priced at $449 (the original cost of the GTX 1070). The estimated ship date for NVIDIA's pre-orders is slated for the first days of November.
