Although the acclaimed launch date will be somewhen during the upcoming months news leaks related to Skylake-X are making it through almost every day. This time wccftech jumped the gun and they have found some leaks in the Geekbench database. The results are pretty impressive, with the Intel Core i9-7900X hitting over 57'000 points in the multi-core benchmark.


Compatible with Mystic Light

Following the launch of AMD’s socket AM4, EKWB has released a new monoblock for the MSI X370 XPOWER Gaming Titanium motherboard. This is one of the first AM4 monoblock available and it will add water cooling to both the CPU and the VRM, thanks to a huge single water block. The EK-FF MSI XPower RGB monoblock is compatible with MSI Mystic Light, which will allow you to create great looking setups thanks to customizable lighting.


New color scheme

At Computex 2017 Supermicro has shown their first batch of X299 motherboards for Intel's Basin Falls platform. Meanwhile there are quite a few pictures available online and both of them appear to be based on the same PCB. The only difference between these two models is the IPMI remote management.


First Gigabyte AM4 mini-ITX motherboard

Gigabyte has shown their first mini-ITX AMD AM4 300-series motherboard. Already a few months ago, during another event, Gigabyte presented details on upcoming mini-ITX models, which are based on AMDs AM4 chipset. Meanwhile, there are finally more details on the so called AB350N-Gaming WiFi.


Water cooling and air cooling at same time

During Computex 2017, ASUS has unveiled their ROG GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Poseidon graphics card, which is based on the flagship chip from NVIDIA. Like the previous model it features a water block as well as a heatsink with a dense aluminum fin stack and several heatpipes.


The OC Lab and Limited Edition

Last month we’ve spotted a rumor regarding the upcoming Galax GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Hall of Fame graphics card. During Computex 2017 Galax has unveiled two GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Hall of Fame, where one goes by the name Limited Edition and the other OC Lab. While the first model is created for performance and extreme cooling enthusiasts, the second one features a full cover water block.

After Phanteks and Thermaltake, it was just matter of time before Corsair entered the market of water cooling components. According to the latest rumors, Corsair might join the market for custom water cooling components. Judging by the pictures, the water blocks as well as the fittings might be produced by Aquacomputer.


The first Biostar X299 motherboard

During Computex 2017, one upcoming Biostar X299 motherboard has been pictured by our friends from Guru3D. This time Biostar has unveiled the Racing X299 GT9 which is based on an E-ATX form factor, comes with eight DDR4 DIMM slots and several M.2 slots. Due to the name of this board, we believe that it might be the new flagship model from Biostar.


With aluminum heatsink

During this years Computex Team Group 2017 has been showing their Cardea-Z NVMe SSD, which is based on PCIe 3.0 x4 interface and NVMe 1.2 protocol. In order to keep the temperatures low, Team Group has placed an aluminum heatsink on top of it.

During the Computex 2017, ADATA has shown two new M.2 NVMe SSDs which are designed to offer a competitive price/performance ratio.


Insanely fast memory kits

During the current Computex 2017, G.Skill is showcasing several DDR4-4000MHz+ memory kits. The slowest kit is rated 4000MHz+ and packs 16GB per DIMM resulting in a total capacity of 32GB regarding dual channel. Due to the low timings and the very high frequency, this kit shows an impressive speed/capacity ratio. Furthermore G.Skill has shown DDR4-4200MHz, DDR4-4400MHz and DDR4-4800MHz DDR4 memory kits with capacities of up to 8GB per DIMM.


Wood, aluminium and tempered glass

InWin has decided to come up with a few unique looking cases for this years Computex, which combine wood, tempered glass and aluminium. The first model goes by the name InWin 806 and it’s compatible with ATX motherboards, while the second model is called Gaming Cube A1 and it's compatible with mini-ITX motherboards.
