Close to the first position
Although not made today, we think that this result deserves some space in our section. Yesterday, the overclocker Lam from HKEPC OC Lab Team, got a fantastic score in SuperPi 1M. Unfortunately, he could not reach and exceed the result from Smoke and missed it by just a few thousandths of a second.
Lam has used an Intel 3770K CPU which was pushed, thanks to some (or a lot) liquid nitrogen, up to 7133.64 MHz at 1.932 Volts. The motherboard used is the ASRock Z77 OC Formula paired with SuperTalent ProjectX RAM with BBSE chips. Although not a first place it is still a great result so congratulations to Lam and hope we will see him push it even higher.
