XFX's Type 1 Bravo mid-tower case hits retail

Mid-tower case made from SECC-steel

XFX's Type 1 Bravo, a first ATX mid-tower case from XFX, has finally hit retail/e.tail in the US, with a price tag of US $129.99.

The new XFX Type 1 Bravo measures 518x232x562mm and is made almost entirely of SECC-steel, which makes it quite heavy at 10.4kg. It supports the longest currently available graphics cards as well as tall tower-type CPU cooler and features a rather unique, almost industrial look.

The rest of the specifications and features include three 5.25-inch drive bays, eight 3.5-inch internal drive bays, each with support for 2.5-inch drivers, eight expansion motherboard slot bays and USB 3.0/2.0 and audio jacks on the front I/O panel.

The cooling is doen by single 200mm front and 140mm bottom intake fans and 200mm top exhaust fans but also can be equipped with two 140mm top exhaust fans, 140mm rear exhaust and two 140mm side panel intake fans, depending on your preference. As you could have guessed, it also has enough room for some serious water cooling setups as well.

Unfortunately, there was no word on the global availability of the new Type 1 Bravo mid-tower PC case from XFX.
