Leadtek rolls out GTX 760 4GB Hurricane

Dual fan Hurricane cooler

Leadtek has announced its new graphics cards based on Nvidia's Geforce GTX 760 GK104 GPU, the Winfast Geforce GTX 760 Hurricane with 4GB of memory.

With double the standard memory amount for the GTX 760, Leadtek is definitely trying to get in line with EA/DICE Battlefield 4 system requirements of 3GB of VRAM. Based on a custom design that features Leadtek's Hurricane cooler with dual slot aluminum heatsink paired up with four 8mm heatpipes and two 74mm fans, the new Hurricane GTX 780 4GB will work at 1111MHz for the gPU and 6280MHz for the memory.

In case you missed it earlier, the GTX 760 is based on Nvidia's 28nm GK104 GPU packing 1152 CUDA cores while memory is paired up with a 256-bit memory interface.

Unfortunately, Leadtek did not shed any light regarding the actual availability date or the precise price of the new Winfast GTX 760 Hurricane 4GB graphics card.
