In Win Tòu 2013 Edition PC case launched

Design marvel

In Win Development has announced the availability of its new Tòu chassis that was demonstrated back during Computex 2013 where it drew quite a lot of attention. Appropriately, "tòu" stands for transparent in the Chinese language, as the case feature reflective surface that can be made transparent when lit from inside with its integrated LEDs.

The rest of the design features include carry handles and a rather unique looking front panel. As far as the specs go, the In Win Tòu supports ATX and micro-ATX form-factor motherboard, up to 380mm long graphics cards, 220mm long PSUs and has enough room 5.25-inch, three 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives. Cooling is done by three 120mm fans and it also supports liquid cooling as well. The unique front panel also supports a rather interesting capacitive touch panel that allows you to set four levels of LED brightness, fan speed and, of course, way to turn the system on.

According to In Win, there will only be a couple of hundred of tempered glass and aluminum alloy frame Tòu cases, each individually numbered so its US $799 MSRP does not come as a big surprise.
