AMD rolls out Radeon Software 16.11.4 drivers

Optimization for Civilization VI and some fixes

AMD has released its latest Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.11.4 drivers which bring game optimizations for Sid Meier's Civilization VI game as well as some bug fixes.

According to the release notes, the new drivers include game specific optimizations for Sid Meier's Civilization VI, which are probably focused on the newest DirectX 12 renderer that the game got with the latest update.

In addition to these game optimizations, the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.11.4 drivers also add a couple of fixes, including fix for H.264 content playback issues on internet browsers, when hardware acceleration is enabled and other gaming applications or content are running as well as minor graphics corruption fix for the Titanfall 2 game on Radeon R9 Fury series graphics cards.

As it was the case with most previously released drivers, the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.11.4 drivers are also available for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit version and can be found over at AMD's support page via link below.
