Mionix officially launches NAOS QG smart mouse

Measures users performance

Mionix has announced that its new NAOS QG (Quantified Gaming) mouse will now be officially available as of October 28th with an MSRP of €129.99.

Designed in cooperation between Mionix, Twitch Streamers and various Kickstarter backers, where the mouse has originally debuted about two years ago, the new Mionix NAOS QG is more than just a mouse as it measures user's biometric information and movement data and let users both monitor and share their body reaction as well as analyze it for further improvement.

To be initially available only in grey color, the Mionix NAOS QG mouse uses PWM-3360 12000 DPI sensor with 1ms response time and 1000Hz polling rate. It is a right-handed mouse with 7 programmable buttons, with up to five profiles stored in a 128kb built-in memory, and comes with a 32-bit ARM Cortex M3 processor.

The Mionix software actually tracks the heart rate, galvanic skin response, and actions per minute that can both be monitored later or displayed in a transparent overlay on the screen.

As noted, the Mionix NAOS QG mouse is already available for pre-order and should be available on October 28th with an MSRP of €129.99.
