Nvidia GTX 1060 to have €234 MSRP in Europe

€319 for the Founders Edition

Nvidia has officially unveiled European prices for its upcoming GTX 1060 graphics card and it will cost €234, excluding the tax.

The suggested retail price for the Geforce GTX 1060 in Europe is set at €234 + tax which is a minimum suggested price for Nvidia partners, although plenty of custom GTX 1060 versions will be selling above that mark.

The Founders Edition, which will be apparently only sold by Nvidia via its German, France and the UK websites, will cost €319. This is quite a surprise and different from what we seen with the GTX 1070 and GTX 1080 graphics cards. It also means that there won't be a lot of Founders Edition but also that we should see custom GTX 1060 as early as July 19.

With the €234 MSRP price in Europe, this adds up to about €280 to €300 in most of the Europe, depending on how high is the tax.

Since most RX 480 8GB graphics cards are selling at around €300 in Europe, the GTX 1080 will be a decent competition. Of course, we will wait for the official reviews to show up on July 19 to give our final judgement.
