Rebellion has announced Sniper Elite 4 game with the release of the new teaser trailer.

According to the provided information, the new Sniper Elite will be set in Italy, 1943, and should be released for PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4 late this year.

Rebellion also noted that the maps in the new Sniper Elite 4 will be much bigger than in Sniper Elite 3 and hopefully it will include the same fun gameplay we tend to expect from a Sniper Elite game. It will also feature campaign, co-op and multiplayer modes.

While it is obvious that the game will not come for last-gen consoles, Rebellion announced that it will run at 1080p on both next-gen consoles.

Rebellion also released a few details regarding the storyline: "Italy, 1943. Covert agent and elite marksman Karl Fairburne must help free Italy from the yoke of Fascism and defeat a terrifying new threat that could halt the Allied fightback in Europe before it's even begun."
