Cooler Master announces new V Series PSUs

A total of six models

Cooler Master has announced the availability of its new V Series power supply units that will feature the new 3D circuit design, Silencio FP technology and be available in six different power outputs, ranging from 550W to 1200W.

The new Cooler Master V Series features a full modular design with flat cables and comes with 80PLUS Gold/Platinum rating, depending on the model. As noted, the V Series will be available in six different models and power outputs, including the V550, V650, V750, V850, V1000 and V1200.

The aforementioned 3D circuit design uses a full module boards which should result in lower crosstalk and signal noise and ensure a better power output and better power efficiency. It also improves heat dissipation compared to standard cable based designs. The new Cooler Master V Series PSU also use 100% Japanese 105C high quality capacitors and LLC, DC to DC topology.

In addition to the 3D circuit design and high-quality components, the new Cooler Master V series also use new high-performance Silencio FP fan from Cooler Master, which lower the fan RPM by up to 35 percent, even under 100 percent load.

Most of the new Cooler Master V Series PSUs are backed by a 5-year warranty, excluding the V1200 Platinum model which comes with a 7-year warranty.

The new Cooler Master V Series PSU will be available in Europe as of today with a suggested retail price ranging from €119 for the V550 model up to €282,90 for the top V1200 Platinum model.
