Fan tries to pre-order Fallout 4 with bottle caps

Give that man a copy

Now that Bethesda's Fallout 4 game is up for pre-order an eager fan has sent more than 2,000 bottle caps to Bethesda as a payment for Fallout 4.

Used in Fallout series as an in-game currency, bottle caps are a valid currency in post-apocalyptic scenario. Reddit user GatorMacheteJr, which sent out those bottle caps, said that :"Fallout 3 was my favorite game for several years, so I made the rational choice to start saving up bottle caps. Turns out 4.5 years of undergrad and three years in a Master's program leads to a lot of drinking."

He actually sent more than 2,000 bottle caps weighing more than 11.2 pounds to Bethesda and while it might not be a valid currency in real world, we certainly hopes that Bethesda will give this man his copy of the game, at least for a great idea.

In case you missed it earlier, Fallout 4 is scheduled to launch in November for PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
