Cooler Master announces MasterCase at Computex

Mid-tower modular PC case

Cooler Master has unveiled its latest mid-tower PC case concept at Computex 2015 show, the modular MasterCase.

The Cooler Master MasterCase aims to revolutionize the PC case design by employing a modular design which will allow users control over both form and function, according to Cooler Master. With the MasterConcept and MasterCase 5, a 460mm tall mid-tower PC case showcased at Computex 2015 show, users will be able to have absolute control over both the looks and the functions of the PC case and with FreeForm modular system concept users will be able to adjust the case exterior by replacing panels and doors.

The Cooler Master MasterCase 5, which was showcased at Computex 2015 show, comes in three different iterations, MasterCase 5, MasterCase Pro 5 and the MasterCase Maker 5. The MasterCase 5 comes with either dual-top handles or standard door, the MasterCase Pro 5 has elevated mesh top cover while the MasterCase Maker 5 comes with sleek lines, solid top cover and open-vent front door.

The MasterCase lineup and the FreeForm modular system which uses unique clip-and-click panels allows users to remove drive cages or adjust them vertically and switch the function of the case from home server, liquid-cooled workstation or gaming rig with dual-slot long graphics cards.

While it is still a concept that should be available in the EU in August this year, we must say that it does look interesting and we can't wait to see more about this modular concept.
