Regardless of the budget available or purpose for the earphones Sennheiser have a model available and in our experience even the reasonably priced models offer a fantastic sound when compared to their competitors. Today though, we are right up at the high end of their product catalogue with the IE8. This is the top model in their Professional Portable range and is surprisingly configurable so today we find out if these are useless gimmicks which detract from the sound quality or if the whole package combines to create some of the best headphones ever.

Wireless mice are also becoming the de facto standard along with macro software that further enhances productivity, while at the same time, decreasing repetitive clicking. In the continuing spirit of bringing you the latest and sometimes the greatest, Benchmark Reviews will analyze the new G-Cube V-Track 310 2.4Hz Wireless Mouse. The G-Cube V-Track 310 boasts sixteen macro "Gestures" for the right button, with a multitude of actions per gesture, two options for vertical and horizontal scrolling, four DPI settings, three report rates, and it's wireless. It also comes in four colors, Red, Blue, Green, and Black.

Genius is a new player in the hardware market, and the underdog usually has something to prove. Genius has released a new MMO/RTS gaming mouse that only costs $40 and yet has features that rival much more expensive digital rodents.

Was wir damit genau meinen, erfahrt Ihr in diesem Testbericht.

Nowadays, the gaming market is being flooded with mechanical keyboards. Following this trend, CM Storm, Cooler Master's gaming peripherals subsidiary, has released the QuickFire Pro. It's a model with a few illuminated keys (Cherry MX switches) on a robust body with a detachable cable. The keyboard is simple, lacking programmable keys or a USB port. Let's describe the product prior to analyzing it.

As far back as i can remember whenever i would find the time to attend a large LAN event i would see dozens of people wearing full sized closed type gaming headsets since these solutions obviously offered the best possible noise isolation along with good positioning audio (at least for most models). Personally i also use a closed type gaming headset with my primary test system to avoid intruding in other people’s privacy at night when playing online MMOs line Planetside 2 so this never really came as a surprise to me. However things seem to be changing and so lately many gaming peripherals manufacturers have begun to release in-ear headsets (i prefer the term earsets) featuring drivers with exceptional audio specifications making them ideal for gaming use. SteelSeries hardly needs any introductions and as it was expected they were the first manufacturer to join this new trend so follow us as we take their latest FLUX In-Ear Pro Headset and put it through rigorous testing with all the latest gaming titles, movies and of course our favorite new and old tunes.

We liked the Corsair Vengeance K90 mechanical gaming keyboard, but many gamers won’t want to spend the extra dosh on backlighting and 18 macro keys. For them, the Corsair Vengeance K60 may be a good bet – at £80, it’s a fair amount cheaper than the K90, but offers the same hearty helping of Cherry MX Red mechanical switches and unique aluminium design. Let’s have a look at how this FPS-focused keyboard measures up to its bigger brother.

Up on the review block today I’ve got a gaming headset from Zowie Gear called the Hammer. The Hammer is made for gaming specifically, and for gaming it works well, but if you’re looking for a headset that you can use for music and movies as well you might want to look elsewhere. The headset is nicely made with a large boom style microphone, long cables and even two types of ear pads are included.
