A closer look at the App reveals that its interface has been well structured and well thought. The most important features can be found on the intro screen. There are for example the File Manager, Video Player, Smart Backup, ... Even connecting a smartphone or tablet to the SmartHub is piece of cake. During our tests we never encountered any issues and we tested it with an Apple iPad as well as with a Samsung Galaxy S2.

Conclusion

The Samsung SmartHub really is feature rich addition to any home. Of course manufacturing quality as well as looks are on a flawless level and so far there is nothing to criticize. We also hadn't been confronted with any kind of issues during all the tests we performed. Using the standard funcitons like playing movies, using the File Manager and sharing content was piece of cake. It was even possible to stream HD content to the smartphone. The only problem we see is when you don't speak English. In this case you'll have to navigate only by following the icons, what might be a bit of a pain.

The SmartHub, which is available for CHF 129.- (est. EUR 108.-) gets good four ot of five stars.
