BIOS

The most recent version of Gigabyte's UEFI BIOS presents itself with an attractive design. When entering the BIOS, the overview screen you see is very well structured and quite an improvement over the overloaded splash screen we saw with Z97 based boards. Especially less experience users will appreciate this menu.

If you wish back the good old times, where you were racing through the menus hammering up and down arrows as well as the enter key ridiculously fast, you just have to press F2 and there you go. Since this board is based on a server/workstation chipset overclocking is not possible and therefore there are no such features in the BIOS.
