With the GeForce GTX 275 AMP ZOTAC presents a graphic card which is based on nVidias GT200 graphic chip. ZOTAC overworked the GTX 275s power design. Therefore the card is now provided with a seven phase power design. This is what allows ZOTAC to clock the GPU up to 702 MHz instead of 633 MHz wich is standard. Also the memory is overclocked to 1260 MHz instead of 1130 MHz.
The GT 275 chip which is based on nVidias GT200 comes with 240 shader processors and 80 texture units whereas the shaders are clocked at 1512 MHz. Furthermore the card is equipped with a 448 bit wide memory interface which is able to address 896 MByte of GDDR3 memory.
