Fallout 3

Fallout 3 is something completely different if you compare it to existing games. It isn't an 0815 shooter where you just jump and run around and shoot some monsters or people like for example in Far Cry or Crysis. Don't understand us wrong those aren't bad games but fallout just sets the standards higher in gameplay and graphics.

As an example there is the V.A.T.S. aiming aid which is very frisky but also very easy to handle and it contains all relevant information about its counterpart. Fallout 3 isn't a tactic- or egoshooter where you walk around and kill for fun or blow everything up what comes into your way. You can also just promenade and have a look at the beautifully designed Fallout 3 world. But if you do so you should still pay attention because its very likely the you might meet some pretty nasty company in this contaminated world. What we have to criticise is the spongy mouse handling. If you press a button it afterwards really lacks of precision to enjoy the handling to the fullest.

Even the model design is very authentic. It starts with the smallest pooch and ends with the trigger-happy mutants. Simply everywhere you'll be able to find a lot of attention to the detail. But of course this means that you have a powerful graphic card in your gaming rig. For example a nVidia GTX260 or a AMD/ATI Radeon HD 4850.
