Overview

Even though it is "only" a mid-tower case, the Ronin looks big. Once we removed the side panels we realized how much those plastic panels on the front and on the top are making the Ronin much bigger than it actually is, and the SofTouch finish, which covers the whole front and top panel, is always a plus. There are two big meshes to create a great airflow. On the top panel we found the I/O panel with two USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 ports, audio jacks, as well as Power and Reset buttons. The right panel, as always, is plain and simple, while the left one feature a big plexiglass window to show your components. The backside panel is pretty standard as there is a 120mm fan, the I/O opening for the motherboard, seven expansion slots, two rubberized holes for liquid cooling systems and the opening for the standard ATX PSU. On the bottom side we found two openings, both coverd by a big a big dust filter, allowing it to draw more fresh air inside the case as well as four hard plastic feet with an alimunim finish, used to lift and stabilize the Ronin.
