here I am making some custom support bars for the sliding mechanism for the side panels.
I'm using 3/4" aluminum flat bars.

some more parts for the custom side panels.
i'm using some rubber pads for the custom case feet
and the obligatory cat pic

The custom side panels were made using 2 layers of 3mm acrylic
acrylic
I'm bending the middle part to add more dimension to the case.
after I'm finished bending the pieces. It's time to glue them together.
