Now it's the most fun, position the 2 lower grilles of phobya, under the desk , in the air inlet to the radiators ...
Now I take the imprint of the hexagons grid....
And then slowly , I take all their centers .... ready for drilling .....

Here we are guys, after a little break, because night work.
I begin the adventure of 244 holes, with a tip from 6mm to start..
Some chips ...
And now a nice clean.
Now we start to make holes with a cup 16mm, with the new drill of Bosch, as my old Valex has abandoned me .

Now we begin the work more complicated, I start with a first pass with a cup 16 :dremel:
Some cutting oil , does not hurt
Chips - chips , chips and more
And yet chips
And after 3 hours
A nice clean, and tomorrow will continue , with smaller holes

Fixing the grid Phobya.
Now the holes Laser Guide, I make a thread, and insert the allen steel.
Some wing nuts.
Finally fixed the hatches with butterflies, so to be comfortable, and no tools for disassembly.
PS:
A little helper for precise holes.
