Do you really think so? Imo it should be more than sufficient to provide enough flow to cool CPU and VRMs, especially since the channel in the VRM cooler basically adds no resistance at all.

Two layers act as a cover (top and bottom), the real channel is only 3mm tick

I've seen several water-channels but with an effective tickness from 10 to 15 mm
