It's the only MATX 970 chipset based motherboard. So it should also be the best AMD AM3+ MATX overclocking motherboard. However it doesn't support the FX 9000 series so I had serious doubts about this board even surviving my testing. It did survive and surprisingly well. I would definitely use it if I was building an MATX overclocked AM3+ gaming system but if you want a good overclocking board this is not it.
