Dont think so, but you can try. With CMOS reset you reset alla values and you have to set them again.

Sure, if you haven't done a CMOS reset yet, I would highly recommend it.

ok then, I never done it before and i'm a total noob for this thing. I read that I have to detach the batteries on the mobo, is it dangerous for a newbe? Have I to reinstall the OS after that?

On every motherboard, there should be a clear CMOS jumper. You can either do it with that or you remove the batter and shorten the contacts there with a screw driver.
No, you won't have to reinstall the operating system.
