LED on fans are not my priority, I love silent and perfomance first 
I will do some research and post all here then
Here we are
With LEDs, there are CM and Corsair but are too far away to original Phanteks fans. So, I guess that Noiseblocker is the winner because Phanteks PH-F120S are too expensive. 25E for a fan is crazy.
