On one hand I sooo curious what this thing looks like when it's finished but on the other it's a pity, that this worklog will end

Re: S3 Monster ITX Build #53
Major update!!!

Since my CRM upgrade went really well yesterday and I was on call most of the night...I decided I was going to indulge in a little "me time." Spent most of the day working on the monsterITX and here is what I got done...

First up was to finish the second SATA Power cable for the 2 SSDs...Had to get the spacing right for the 2 SSDs..(these are older drives that are just placeholders...

Next up was the sleeving...I forgot to get a second picture, but I went back and fixed the SATA end...

After that it was time to get the sleeved temp sensors in place again...

Started getting the rats nest lined up...Notice the AQ5 cable...

Then it was time to start loading the hardware in...

AQ5 getting wired up with the fans, temp sensors, LED, and pump PWM signal...

Once that was done...(sorry this picture is so bad...lighting was really poor at this point)

My handy dandy pump power switch...makes bleeding the loop so much easier!

More tomorrow!

Re: S3 Monster ITX Build #57
Thanks Lucas!

Here's a few daylight shots of the system. It's not done yet, but is about 85% of the way complete. The SSD is being swapped out, have to finish the mount for the rear fan (along with cabling,) a few little surprise details, and then I am still working on the sleeving a bit...

You really do the cable routing as neat as possible. What kind of fittings do you use for the rads and the blocks?

Re: S3 Monster ITX Build #59
I'm a big fan of systems with decent cabling...For me, it can completely ruin an entire project if the cables are poorly done. It's one of those details that I really like to make sure is done properly.

The stop fittings are all EK and the others are Monsoon. The 45 and 90 degree fittings are Monsoon black and the compression are Monsoon chrome.

I see it the same way you do. I hate it when systems aren't wired neatly. But I definitely have to say that I love the color scheme you're using for the sleeves
