Corsair has been catering for the hardware enthusiasts and gamers for many years now and have gained a lot of praise for their high quality and high performance hardware. In this review Benchmark Reviews examines and tests out the Corsair Vengeance C70 mid-tower gaming PC case. Many of us believe that consoles killed PC gaming and Intel killed overclocking, but now we have another problem - Case manufactures killing case modding. The Corsair Vengeance C70 computer case has an ammo box theme and comes in military green to boot (also available in white and black). The C70 has some new features unique to this model and comes with two 120mm intake fans and one 120mm exhaust fan and removable mesh intake filters. Corsair has really evolved over the past few years, not that long ago they only specialized in performance memory now it seems they have their hand in almost every component that goes inside your computer and many accessories as well. I have been trying not to call the Vengeance C70 a “theme” case. There are several styling cues with the switches and handles that could make someone lean that way, but it is not over the top. Now, someone skilled with an air brush and little free time, the Vengeance C70 is a nice little starting point for nice custom case. I’m thinking of 1940’s era military plane nose art. Even the not so skilled painter with a couple rattle cans and few minutes could have a camouflage paint job on this case that looks great in no time flat....
I have seen over the last year, maybe even two, that there is a definite trend to offering users a "white" option when it comes to case color choices. Most of the cases I have seen up to this point started with modders painting the cases they already had.
