In the end, the only real distinguishing quality of the 230T is its attractive and unique design. The chassis cools well and is silent enough, and it's easy to assemble a system inside. However, there are better or more affordable alternatives on the market, including from Corsair. It's a good allround chassis, perfect for your first self-assembled system.
Im Jahr 2009 haben die Speicherspezialisten von Corsair angefangen, im Terrain der Gehäusehersteller zu wildern. Den Anfang machten die Amerikaner mit einem imposanten Big-Tower-Gehäuse, dem Obsidian 800D, den wir seinerzeit exklusiv als erste deutsche Webseite testen durften. Es folgte kurzfristig eine etwas abgespeckte Version in Form des Obsidian 700D und im vergangenen Jahr das erste Midi-Tower-Gehäuse: Das Gaming-Gehäuse Corsair Graphite 600T. Auf der Consumer Electronics Show 2011 wurde dann eine Special White Edition des 600T vorgestellt, welche wir in unserem heutigen Artikel etwas genauer unter die Lupe nehmen werden.
Das Produktportfolio aus dem Hause Corsair umfasst inzwischen drei Gehäuse. Neben dem bereits getesteten Obsidian 800D und dessen kleineren Bruder Namens 700D sehen wir uns im heutigen Test den Dritten im Bunde an. Ausgestattet mit modernster Technik und, wie von Corsair gewohnt, viel Platz, stürmt das Graphite 600T auf den Markt.

As you can probably tell for the review, I like Corsair's 600T very much. The look is very refreshing with the sleek, rounded profile and graphite gray and black finish. Three big fans provide good interior cooling and the white LEDs on the front and top fans lend the case some understated visual interest.

Die Grundzüge erinnern an Stormtrooper, Star-Wars und verganene Fantasien aus der Kindheit. Tatsächlich handelt es sich aber um eine mutige Überarbeitung eines erfolgreichen Gehäuses seitens Corsair. Das Graphite 600T als weiße Special Edition soll all diejenigen ansprechen, die sich mit der Optik des tiefschwarzen 600T noch nicht vollständig anfreunden konnten. Als Gehäuse überzeugt das weiße Pendant in gewohnter Manier.
The Corsair special edition white version of the 600T mid-tower is an updated version of the original gun-metal gray Corsair 600T that was launched back in September 2010. The special edition is identical to the original 600T except that it features a beautiful white exterior, with both glossy and satin black accents, as well as an all-black interior and windowed side panel.
The Corsair Graphite 730T is a budget version of the 760T which means you miss out on the polycarbonate side panel and don’t get any fan controllers. Also, like a Model T Ford, the 730T only comes in black, whereas the 760T is available in black or white. On the plus side the 730T costs a reasonable £110, which is a good bit cheaper than the £147 you pay for the 760T.
