Let’s take a look at the latest mid-tower case from AZZA, the Silentium 920, which is targeted to silent computing.

Today we will be looking at the newest entry in the Obsidian range of cases from Corsair, the 650D. Unlike the 700D or the top of the range 800D, which are both full tower cases, the new 650D is a mid-tower case which should make it suitable for a larger number of consumers.

We have seen so many full tower cases. This is to accommodate the larger XL-ATX motherboards that we have been seeing lately and just to have the extra room for large liquid cooling setups. One of the most impressive cases we saw this year at CES was the Switch 810 from NZXT. NZXT really took their time designing this case to give you so many different cooling options as well as adding features that are just not on other cases. The case comes equipped with four 140mm cooling fans, room for up to 7 hard drives, support for XL-ATX motherboards, USB 3.0 support and much more. So let’s just jump right in and take a look.

Cougar, who's only been on the market a mere five years, has started to develop a strong lineup of gaming cases, power supplies, fans and accessories behind their name. Their products are innovate and they aren't out there to litter the market with more "generic" gaming accessories. One of their latest releases was the Challenger gaming case. The Challenger has a radical design and comes in your choice of three colours (two of which are very vibrant!). The Challenger fits into the sub-$100 gaming case market with it's sticker price of around $72 CDN. With many features rivaling $100+ gaming cases, I'm excited to see if the Challenger will be a worthy alternative for when you don't want to break the bank.

I’ll say it like it is, The Cooler Master Elite 310 is not the case you’re going to be selecting for your next powerful gaming rig. However, it still a solid case that would be suitable for a budget build or if you’re going for something less flashy. The one we received was the model with the white chassis and the pink front plate. So this model may be a great one to go with if you’re looking for something for the lady in your life, or the guys who enjoy the color pink (you know who you are). Still, it should be noted that the case is also available in black, and has a fairly diverse selection of front plate coloring options. So fear not, pink is not your only choice!

Desktop comptuters are seen by some pundits as a dying breed, and perhaps they are. Laptop and even tablet computers are now capable of fulfilling most people's needs, and even those who want or need a desktop machine could probably be satisfied with a micro-ATX motherboard in a small form factor case. Then there are those for whom even a full tower case is not enough: they need to accomodate a dozen hard drives, or an elaborate water cooling system, or perhaps an HPTX motherboard. For those select few, Rosewill offers the Blackhawk Ultra computer case, the largest case Benchmark Reviews has ever tested.

Already figured out what you are going to get for your new gaming rig, but can't decide on a case? Take a look at what we just got from Antec. The Antec Six Hundred v2. This mid-tower can hold up to six 3.5" HDDs, three 5.25" drives, and has a bottom mount for 2.5"HDD/SSD as well as front-loading 2.5"/SSD hot-swap bay for quick drive changes. Not only that, but the Antec Six Hundred can hold up to an 11.5"(292mm) video card which should fit all but the most extreme video cards. Still interested? Good. Read on to find out more about the Antec Six Hundred v2.

It's a fact that has proven itself over and again: technology shrinks. Even for performance oriented enthusiasts, it isn't always better to "go big or go home." In fact, the more technology shrinks, the more useful it becomes. Consider that the first commercially available computer's CPU and memory was 14' x 8' x 8' and weighed 29, 000 LBS (UNIVAC I)! Sixty years later and your smart phone occupies just 3/8" x 3" x 2" of space, weighs just over 4 ozs, and runs at 1500Mhz. Today, and in the spirit of shrinking technology, Benchmark Reviews investigates the SilverStone SST-PS07B mATX mini-tower computer case.

The 330R is part of Corsair’s Carbide series and is built upon the internal design of the previously released 300R case. The Carbide 330R incorporates noise dampening elements for silent computing use and retains the same solid build quality expected of a Carbide case at a mainstream price point. Thick noise dampening material lines up 330R’s side panels as well as the front door and top cover. This front door can be set to swing open to both left or right side or can be removed entirely when needed.
