Rosewill has delivered me a chassis that really made me think. While I sit here and try to put my finger on where this case design actually came from, it confuses me more and more. What I have been able to deduce is this is basically a HAF 932 that took on a major redesign along with adding things that make me think it resembles other chassis'. Basically, what I see is the basic concept resembles the HAF 932, but has been stretched taller inside by removing the top power supply mount. So what is the benefit to giving the interior the rack treatment? In this instance it opened the chassis to allow for XL-ATX motherboards, added space for another hard drive, and in the back the chassis can support up to 10 expansion cards. Seems all good so far!
Recently, Rosewill sent to Benchmark Reviews their THOR 2 full tower gamer, enthusiast case for a good thrashing. The THOR 2 is the second evolution of the THOR series. A couple of months ago Rosewill sent us a full tower case for review, the THOR v2, and today they have sent Benchmark Reviews their new mid-tower case, the Ranger. Rosewill's Ranger mid-tower case is the latest in Rosewill's case lineup and enters perhaps the most competitive case class there is. With excellent mid-tower cases to be had for 70-80USD, such as the Cooler Master HAF series and the aging but venerable Storm Scout, among others, any manufacturer entering a case into this class is entering into pure case warfare. Even though Rosewill's THOR v2 was a knockoff with some Rosewill specific tweaking, it was a good case and I gave it high marks. The Rosewill Line Glow mid tower case is a steel case targeted at consumers looking for a basic chassis. The front of the Line Glow features a plastic bezel with three external 5.25” drive bays, one of which can be used as an external 3.5” drive bay. There are two 120mm blue LED fans pulling cool air into the front of the case. Additionally, there is a 120mm fan on top and 120mm on the rear exhausting warm air out. A second 120mm fan can be mounted into the top of the case. The front panel connectors include two USB 3.0, two USB 2.0, and audio jacks for convenience. Drive support is included for eight internal 3.5” drive, and a bracket is provided for one 3.5” bay to be used with 2.5” drives.

Rosewill makes a plethora of products, including but not limited to: networking equipment, PC peripherals, computer cases, and even binoculars.
