KitGuru has reviewed many items from NZXT since we opened a little over a year ago. Today we have one of their latest items to hit the market, the Sentry Mesh.
The Sentry Mesh is a new fan controller that features 5 individual 30 watt channels and it fits into any available 5.25″ drive bay.

The consoles versus PC wars have been ongoing for longer than most fan boys can remember, but one of the arguments that has almost always been in the PC camp's favour is that their gaming platform of choice can be upgraded however you want. Sure consoles can be modded or tweaked, but it normally takes someone who really knows what they're doing to accomplish either of these feats. Now however, this argument has been turned somewhat on it's head, with Lian Li releasing a custom case for the Xbox 360; and it looks nothing like the original.

Good things tend to come in small packages. When you want the smallest possible case for a HTPC machine you're left with the smallest heatsinks on the market. More often than not, these coolers are undersized for the CPU you want to use. Thankfully, Silverstone Technology has engineered the NT07-1156.

Benchmark Reviews evaluated the first CM Storm Scout gaming case when it was first released in 2009. Back then, it was a unique combination of form, function, and swagger. The built-in handle made it a natural for LAN parties, but the size and weight meant two things - you could pack in some serious hardware, and you needed serious muscles to carry it around. Perhaps surprisingly, that combination turned out to be very popular, and Cooler Master was encouraged to bring the basic design up to date after a few years. The 2012 version, called Scout 2, is better in almost every way. No major shifts in form or function occurred, and almost everything you liked about the original Scout has been updated and improved. Let's take a look at what the design team did with their second chance...

With more and more cases being placed in the market, it makes buying choices much tougher than they were, say even three years ago. Then there were a select few that everyone stood by as the top three or four cases you would really enjoy working in and looking at. More companies are offering Aluminum based chassis', and almost everyone has a case designed with high air flow in mind; some with and some without lighting. So what does it take these days to set yourself apart from the crowd and make heads snap back to double take on what your brain just processed?
