Today I have with me Cooler Master’s latest PC enclosure: the HAF XB. HAF, standing for High Air Flow, aims to be the go to chassis for LAN enthusiast and test bench users. Für unseren heutigen Artikel haben wir wieder einmal ein Gehäuse von Cooler Master genauer unter die Lupe genommen. Diesmal sehen wir uns das HAF X, ein Gaming- Gehäuse, etwas näher an. Angesichts unseres Cooler Master-Roundups aus dem Jahr 2009 mit drei Gehäusen des Hersteller, in welchem das HAF Mini den hausinternen Vergleich für sich entscheiden konnte, waren unsere Erwartungen natürlich dementsprechend hoch. Das HAF Mini konnte damals bei den Temperaturmessungen die hauseigene Konkurrenz in die Schranken weisen, musste bei den Lautstärkemessungen aber eine herbe Schlappe einstecken. Hat Cooler Master an diesem Kritikpunkt nachgebessert und welche Features neben USB 3.0 erwarten uns sonst noch beim HAF X? Wir werden es auf den folgenden Seiten erfahren.
Cooler Master made a big splash with the introduction of the original HAF chassis, and they have continued to develop and refine the design, resulting in the HAF X that we've seen today. Sporting a similar military/industrial look, the HAF X adds some convenience features and improved cooling, particularly with regard to multi-graphic card solutions.
Here we are again with another Cooler Master review, and today sees us looking at one of the most widely talked about cases from the guys at CM. The HAF X is not only the biggest case in the HAF series but is currently one of the largest cases in the whole range of cases from them too.
