When it comes to the important task of cooling PC components, there is no substitute for a full-tower case. Even the cheapest of them tend to offer features you really can't get in mid-tower cases, and the physical size of the case is an asset by itself. NZXT is no stranger to PC cases, and today HardwareLogic has the NZXT Phantom up for review. Available in multiple colors, the Phantom is NZXT's newest entry into the market, and it does certain things quite a bit differently from other full-tower cases.
So, is Antec's Dark Fleet DF-85 chassis a worthy addition to their impressive line of gaming cases? If cooling and configuration options are the benchmarks we're looking at, it just may be. With seven case fans included (five 120's and a couple of 140mm top fans) and a distinctive look incorporating a chevron side window, uniform black finish inside and out and the front “Fleet Release” doors, the DF-85 brings a lot to the table in both performance and aesthetics.
Lian Li is well known for making high quality products and today I’m pleased to say I’ve got one of their newest cases for review, the PC-C352R. The R in the model number stands for the color of the case which is red. The case is a cube style that can hold either a Micro ATX motherboard or Mini ITX. The case is capable of supporting large style videos cards and it can hold a standard ATX power supply, so you won’t need a special one for it. The case itself is very nice, it can hold two optical drives on the left or right side and it comes equipped with two USB 3.0 ports and a card reader.
Today we are going to take a look at a new case from Thermaltake called the Armor A60. Thermaltake has long made great cases with plenty of cooling options and modern looks. I have seen and used a few of their cases over the years and have been looking forward to seeing what they have come up with now. The Armor A60 is a variant of the original A90 that we looked at a couple of months ago. The new A60 has a lot of the same style but there are several differences such as a SideClick EasySwap design and USB 3.0, just to name a few.

We have seen a few test bench type setups from various manufacturers with mixed results but Lian Li’s Pitstop T60 is pretty well rounded offering. Swapping hardware outside of optical drives is fast and simple thanks to the use of thumbscrews in key areas. Solid aluminum construction makes it both sturdy and lightweight.
Up on the review block today I’ve got one of the nicest cases I’ve had the chance to review in along time, it’s the NZXT Phantom. This case is very nice looking and inside you’ll find plenty of room to install any level of system . The case includes a fan controller built-in, on the top you’ll find sliders that control the fans. While I love having a full featured home theater PC (HTPC) in my living room I do not want it to look like a computer. In the past it was difficult to find something that looked the part without breaking the bank. nMEDIAPC has made its name selling full size HTPC chassis for a reasonable price; let’s take a look at the 1080P and see if they can do the same within the low profile Micro-ATX space.
