The LanBoy Air is without a doubt one of the most unique case we've ever seen, being completely meshed to improve air flow and highly customizable. This is not the first time Antec is trying to improve airflow: two years ago they released a completely open case, the Skeleton. On the Skeleton, however, as you computer components are completely exposed, you may damage your components by accident. Is the LanBoy Air the solution all hard-core enthusiasts were looking for? Let's see. The LanBoy Air is currently available in two colors, blue or yellow. We reviewed the blue version.

I am a sucker for a well designed aluminum chassis and Lian Li have always been one of the pioneers in this sector. They recently updated their fantastic Q series of compact enclosures with the PC-Q11.

Epic in proportions this 4U case packs an awesome 16 hot swappable drive bays all fully capable of delivering an impressive raid.

With more and more cases being placed in the market, it makes buying choices much tougher than they were, say even three years ago. Then there were a select few that everyone stood by as the top three or four cases you would really enjoy working in and looking at. More companies are offering Aluminum based chassis', and almost everyone has a case designed with high air flow in mind; some with and some without lighting. So what does it take these days to set yourself apart from the crowd and make heads snap back to double take on what your brain just processed?

NZXT has really hit the mark with the Phantom. There has been a lot of hype surrounding NZXT and this new release, and that hype is not in vain. The Phantom is indeed something to be excited for, as it feels the needs for virtually any enthusiast; the sheer size, the smooth contours, and glossy finish are the initial attractions, and it goes even deeper than that – excellent cooling performance, clean cable management, and an easy installation seal the deal.

This heavyweight is composed of steel and plastic. Designed with the PC enthusiast in mind it includes dual radiator support, quad watercooling cutouts, and an integrated fan controller with up to five 20W channels. NZXT provides plenty of room inside the Phantom as it can accommodate larger heat sinks, graphics cards and E-ATX motherboards. In addition the case supports seven hard drives and five 5.25" devices. Absent from the Phantom are 3.5" external bays, so say goodbye to your floppy drive; if there are any people who still use them.
