Earlier this year, Corsair released their flagship chassis, the Obsidian 900D. A bit later a mini version came out, the 350D. Almost like the mini versions from smartphone brands such as Samsung and HTC, there are many similarities with the bigger sibling, but the features are less extensive and less advanced. It's smaller, more affordable and it will only fit micro-ATX motherboards.

When it comes to high-end full-tower cases, a few models immediately come to mind: Corsair’s 900D, Thermaltake’s Level 10 GT, Cooler Master’s HAF-X, and a couple others. There isn’t nearly as much variety for E-ATX compatible cases as there is for cases that support ATX and Micro-ATX motherboards. Perhaps this why Phanteks was keen to release their first case into this category. Enter the Enthoo Primo, A premium full-tower aluminum body case with numerous new features and great compatibility for water-cooling hardware. Phanteks is among the best manufacturers of computer case fans and CPU heatsinks, so one would expect that their genius in cooling innovation would carry over to the Enthoo Primo. It is quite clear that Phankteks aims to make a statement with this new case; It will be competing head on with the already established high-end full-tower cases. Benchmark reviews will take a closer look at the Enthoo Primo (mo! del PH-ES813P) to see whether or not Phantek’s first chassis deserves a place among the very best.

SilverStone's Fortress FT04 is, ostensibly, a reskinned
version of the RV04. But with subtle differences under the hood, is it enough
to make all the difference?

The Three Hundred Two is a chassis that seems to have been created with two goals in mind: to make the case as affordable as possible while also maintaining the features for a high-end system. This requires compromises to be made, which in this case has translated to a somewhat higher price combined with more internal space and superior cooling compared to the predecessor.
There is plenty of space for components, even if some choices are unusual (SSD behind the motherboard plate) or mounting techniques that are a bit roundabout (external securing of cards). On the other hand, the Three Hundred Two cools very well, especially for a chassis with just two fans.

Today we are going to take a look at the Fractal Design Define XL R2 case which is the successor to the highly regarded Define XL. This is a full tower case which is designed to house some of the largest and most powerful components on the market. It’s part of Fractal Design’s Define series which is created with acoustic performance as the main focus.

Diablotek has sent us over another case for review, this one is called the Cyclops and it’s part of their gamer series. This would be considered a budget case as it sells for around $70 but just because it’s budget doesn’t mean it’s not full of some great features like five pre-installed fans for cooling. Once I got started installing my system in the Cyclops I did run across some rather small issues or annoyances so it’s not a perfect case but for a budget case it’s not bad. I especially like the looks of it, it looks like a gamer case. So read one to learn more…
