PC Case designs have come a long way from the beige boxes from the previous century. Thanks to the modding and gaming scenes, manufacturers try to lure in new customers with sleek and innovative designs that not only allow your computer to perform its best, but inspire envy at LAN parties. Most PC cases are intended for either full-fledged ATX cases, or small form factor PCs, but not much attention has been paid for Mini-ATX motherboards.
Lian Li is famous for their (sometimes expensive) aluminum cases. Today we are taking a look on one of their latest mainstream mid-tower models, the PC-8FI, which comes at a very attractive price.

The Cooler Master Elite 370 allows the budget-minded PC enthusiast to get a nice looking mid-tower case from a major manufacturer for around $50 US. It is, as one might expect, a bit of a mixed bag. It has great looks with a shiny bezel and smoky bay covers, lots of fan placements, a roomy interior and a few tool-free features.
