Small form factor systems have become increasingly popular over the past year. The main reason for this is the availability of Mini ITX motherboards that have some of the same features as full-sized ATX motherboards. Having a smaller system means it is easier to take with you to LAN parties, takes up less space on your desk, and is able to fit in your home theater setup. Today we are taking a look at a case that is perfect for building a small form factor system. The Fractal Design Node 304 has that familiar cube design that many SFF systems has, but inside you are able to fit a Mini ITX motherboard, up to six hard drives and a full sized ATX power supply. Read on as we take a look...

NZXT’s latest PC case is called the NZXT H2 Silent Classic Mid-Tower PC Chassis which is designed to run whisper quiet. It runs so quiet that it’s too bad NZXT already used the Whisper name for another one of its case models. NZXT employs noise dampening foam to help keep the noise inside the case and not out in the user’s environment.

When Corsair introduced its Obsidian line in 2009 with the 800D it brought out a case that was beautiful, functional, and massive. In 2011 Corsair introduced the mid-tower Obsidian 650D it was still beautiful, functional, and just a bit too big for many enthusiasts. In 2013, Corsair introduced its first Micro-ATX case the 350D. The 350D keeps the beauty and functionality of its larger brethren but fits it into 17.7″ x 17.3″ case designed to contain a powerful multi-GPU system in a much smaller enclosure than many enthusiast have been accustomed to in the past. So let Benchmark Reviews walk you through the Corsair 350D and look at the new smaller case design.

Last week we took a look at the NZXT Tempest EVO, and today we have up for review the latest in their Crafted series, the Hades. Not since the Lexa Blackline have we seen an NZXT case with red lighting. Whether this switch from the all too common blue LEDs has any significance in the naming of this case or not, red is definitely becoming more and more popular with the various case manufacturers. The Hades is a nine bay, mid-tower design that like many in NZXT's Crafted series, has sculpted front and side panels. Black is the only color available and there is no side window, however there are several other features NZXT has incorporated into this case that are worth a closer look.
